My Kirby G3 vacuum cleaner needed a new motor and other major repairs that I knew would be expensive. I emailed Rocco and spoke him to him on the phone several times. He was always friendly and easy to deal with. When I brought in the vacuum in for the work, Rocco was able to get it done in just a few days and my old Kirby now works better than ever. I'm very happy!\r \r I've been back a number of times since then for Kirby filtrete vacuum bags, dry foam shampoo, Lindhas carpet stain removers, and other cleaning products. After reading the previous review, I ventured to the store where I was shown the best vacuum I've ever bought by the courteous and knowledgeable owner of the store. The Riccar Radiance lived up to to all it was said to be. The 2 motors do an unbelievable job on cleaning up dog hair. And the 7-stage sealed HEPA filtration truly cuts down on the dust that would otherwise aggravate my daughter's asthma. Highly recommended -- both vacuum cleaner and store! We stumbled upon this store after we moved into our new home and realized we need to upgrade our vacuum cleaner. The store owner couldn't have been more helpful as he worked with us to understand our cleaning needs -- a mix of carpeting and hard-wood floors plus several long-haired cats. He recommended several vacuums which we were able to try out on his demo carpets and flooring and we selected a Riccar Radiance which we truly love. It has HEPA filtration which is super for our allergies. Plus the floors and carpet in our new home are as clean as can be. If you need a quality vacuum cleaner, you need to check A Plus Vacuum! more
