i went to get my prom dress hemed and altered here and i told the women hemming my dress it seemed a little short she insisted that it was going to be an inch longer it was just the way the dress was when i picked my dress up the minor alterations were fine but the dress wasnt only too short but it was hemed crooked! when i brought the issue up a girl working just said oh did you bring the same shoes to get it fixed, and i did and then had us pay for it! when i went back to say something the owner was only going to reinbust me 50 dollars to a 130 dollar dress and the 50 i spent to get it fixed! my junior prom dress is now runied and i have to wear flats that dont even go, horrrible experience i recommend not going there they handled the sistuation horribley Pros: NOTHING Cons: they destoryed a 330 dollar dress more

I have been a customer of A Plus Tailors for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Every alteration I have had done there has been dependably comfortable and looked amazing! I began using their services after having a bad experience with the alterations department at David's Bridal in Warwick. A Plus is MUCH less expensive, altered a bridesmaid dress for me so that it fit perfectly, and has been handling all of my high end clothing & dresses ever since. Dropped off a bridesmaid dress for alterations and pressing. Dress was given back to me without the matching belt. Belt was lost. Store felt this was not their fault as they send it out for cleaning. They did not inventory when it went out/came in. They could not contact the place until the following day, which was day before wedding. I had to overnight order a $250 dress. Another girl was in there and they hemmed the dress wrong twice, now a mini skirt. Cons: disorganized, loose things more

This was one of the largest cleanest tailor I've ever been to. They hemed my pants in 45 minutes. Like original, I'm very picky but this was perfect, they surged and blindstiched my hem. They pressed, them at no charge. Plenty of parking. Pros: 45min service, $6.00 hems, mint work Cons: not open sundays more
