My wife and I have been working toward the purchase of our dream home, only to discover that a negative item on our credit report was preventing approval by our mortgage lender. Karen immediately stepped in, discovered the issue and – within 30 days – got the item removed from our report! We are now able to close on our mortgage, and get our dream home!! Thank you Karen – job well done!!! more

After being denied a home loan, my loan officer referred me to Chad. I did not have the knowledge to fix my credit alone. Chad and his team went after all 3 bureaus deleting old items\r and advising what to pay off and what not to, (you can pay something off that won't even effect your score. My mid-score was raised by 76 points. I will closing on my home on Wednesday. I could not be happier with the services and would recommend Chad to anyone. Another thing I loved about working with him, he is not condescending...he is there to help improve your score and he delivers!!! more

Chad,Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to let you know that Ron ran my credit today. My mid score went from 620 to 669!!! When it came through he kept saying ""WOW"" ""WOW"". When he told me, I cannot tell you the happiness and relief I felt all at once. Thank you for helping me get this fixed so I can buy my new home. I really appreciate your help. Missy more
