rented a party bus for a concert the bus radio was broken we called the office while on the bus they told us it was out problem to deal with then after the show sitting in traffic...

Excellent Service 4/11/2011

Top notch service for my employees. Funny how one employee was in a car accident and we were still billed for that transportation. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. more

A-Plus has always been friendly and reliable w/ on time service 4/8/2011

I have used A plus services for 10 years for both my transportation of work events as well as personal and family events. The service as well as driver staff have always been on time and professional. There was one time when a flight was changed to Green vs Logan and A-Plus was there on the spot to greet me at the arrival. Great attention to service and timeliness. more

Super Service 4/8/2011

Trip to Deutsche Bank Championship - Golf Tourney 10/13/2010

I cannot say enough about the experience I had with A Plus Coach. The driver they provided was prompt and on time. The vehicle we rented was classy and clean. The stretch SUV was the perfect vehicle for our traveling party. The whole trip was a great overall experience and one never to be forgotten. A Plus Coach comes highly recommended! more

Driver (RJ) was safe and used great judgement in Boston traffic. The ride was enjoyable as well as exceptionally timed. Service was waiting outside. Great job. more

By far the greatest service i have ever had! From the 4:15 pick up to the delayed 11:30 flight the drivers and the cars were top notch!! Tracked our delayed flight and made our trip home soooooo easy. This is one top notch company!! Thank you A Plus! The best end of story! more

I had requested a driver that had driven me a year or two ago, and when I made the appointment, I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Then, with no further word, I got a random driver I had never meet. Don't get me wrong, he was ok. The car was dusty inside, which was a little aggravating. The driver did watch some of our stuff while we went into the concert so it didn't get damaged or stolen. more

everything was A+, no one gets a higher grade- it was perfect from the pre-confirmation of pickup and drop off time to the point I saw the tail lights driving away. My desires have been fullfilled. more

Great Service, Above&Beyond! 3/6/2010

We hired APlus Coach for transport to Logan Airport. It was my kids' first trip to Disneyland, and they were super excited about getting to the airport...the owner Tony made it really special fir them by sending a limo instead of the usual livery car, and the driver was great with them and helped them get settled for the ride. He also gave us information/tips for the trip back. He was waiting for us when we got back and again, was very professional but personable. We will recommend APlus Coach to everyone we know! more
