A Plus Auto Wrecking

I ordered a radio from these guys. They sent it, but it was broken when it arrived. I contacted them and they said they had another one and would exchange mine at no cost. I sent the radio back but never heard from them again. It takes days to get get someone on the phone--no one ever answers! After a couple of phone calls, they kept reassuring me that they would send the radio. Well they never did and never called me back. I finally got a hold of them again and they admitted that they didn't have a replacement radio and said that they would refund the purchase price. Well, to make a long story short, six months later, and many phone calls later they have still never returned a phone call as they always promise and there has been no refund! They are a bunch of crooks as far as I am concerned!! Pros: none that I have found Cons: unreliable, hard to contact, bunch of crooks! more

Buyer Beware!\r \r I placed an order with this company for a ""used"" wheel over the phone. They required my credit card information for the order. They billed my card that minute without any form of disclosure.\r \r Received the call to pick up my wheel 3 days later (not bad on the delivery time).\r \r However, when I went in to pick up the wheel it had heavy ""curb rash"" and was in terrible condition. I refused to accept the wheel. The clerk became irate and started yelling at me instantly. He proceeded to yell at me and then pointed to a sign which stated ""you bought it you own it"".\r \r I filed a complaint with the ""triple-B"" and A+ Auto Wrecking lied in their response and claimed to have issued a ""store credit"" (not offered to me when I refused the product). I printed the ""store credit"" receipt A Plus Auto Wrecking provided the ""triple-B"".\r \r Returning to the store I requested a wheel that was in good condition. When I presented the ""store credit"" the owner/manager began yelling at me and refused to honor the store credit.\r \r A+ auto Wrecking stole my money and the clerk actually stated ""I'll see you in court"". Now I'm going to be forced to pay more money and spend my time pursuing resolution in small claims court.\r \r Everyone I have encountered at A+ Auto Wrecking was rude, aggressive, and angered easily.\r \r Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all cost. more
