Very Prompt 10/8/2010

Greg was prompt and personable. Told me what to expect (financially and about the repair) and even explained to me what had happened and my options for repair or replacing my unit. The very next day he returned with two other men (a bigger job than I imagined), they asked me for a bucket and sponges to scrub up the mess inside the machine (NOT the tub, but the parts around the engine where no one ever sees), and put it all back together and tested it in about 1.5 hours. I was not asked for additional money. THANK YOU to A+ APPLIANCE!!"" more

CALL ANYONE BUT THESE GUYS!!!\r \r If you want your appliances actually fixed then, seriously, call someone else. You'll end up paying these guys $250 an hour and when you realize nothing was fixed and try to call them back, the jokes on you. You're out a lot of money, time, and a refrigerator full of food..... ridiculous!\r \r Just call someone else, before you pay out a bunch of money and realize you now have to pay someone else to do A Plus' job. Beware!! more

Unreliable and Unprofessional, Look Elsewhere! 8/13/2010

It's amazing how they are so quick to pick up a check from you, whether your appliances are fixed or not. But try to get them to come back and finish what they start... Fat chance!\r \r I tried calling them back for several days to come back and finish what they started, but no one would even answer the phone. I finally gave up and called a reliable company.\r \r A Plus Appliance Stinks! more
