I have to say, I was not a Bridezilla, and I didn't spend hours telling them what/how to do what I wanted. What I did do was show them photos of exactly what I wanted, a pretty wraparound ribbon of frosting/fondant design, very simple, but elegant in orange and red. What I got was a very haphazard design that wasn't at all elegant, looked like a child did it, in orange only. I didn't complain, cause it wasn't worth my time or energy, but when seeing the below review, I have to back up the person who wrote it, cause I too was disappointed, but didn't tell them I was nor got in the fight over refunds. There was nothing they could do about it after the wedding was over, except refund some money, and since the lemon cake was the BEST I've ever had, I figured it was worth being disappointed about how it looked and enjoy eating the cake as much as I did. In saying all of this, the way I found them was through a friend, and her cake was a very advanced design, and it was done beautifully...not quite sure how that worked so well and mine didn't, but that was definitely how I felt. If design is a concern, and you want their yummy cakes, maybe you need to approach it the way this bridezilla did, and beat them over the head with what you want - as they say, the squeekiest wheel gets the grease...
Pros: Great tasting cakes, nice people
Cons: Don't really do what was asked
