    Windows for weather tightness seal failures including caulking and trim

    Doors for weather tightness seal failures including caulking and trim

    Soffiting for continuity insect and or rodent infiltration and or nests

    Facia and subfacia materials for any damage

    Gutters for proper mounting alignment flow and blockages

    Roofing system including drip edge flashings weather damages and quality

    Roof penetrations for seal failures and corrosion issues

    A comprehensive and thorough review of your home and property 4 times per year

    Gutter cleaning and downspout unclogging check the down spouts for proper water run off away from the foundation analyze all siding, J channel, soffit, fascia, corners and all other aspects of siding to check for damage Caulking on windows and doors, Check for paint peeling paint on surfaces, Check for any wood rot on any wood surfaces due to peeling paint, or any other reason, Check for settling in concrete to avoid water running towards the home analyze decks or patios for any wood rot, sinking or any other damage or need for re staining, Caulk cracks in concrete surfaces. Analyze fences for rotted post or any other damage or staining Survey the visible foundation for any settling, review the yard for erosion caused by excessive rainfall or tires from mowers Check for soil settling around the foundation for proper water run off look for low areas in the yard that might be a falling hazard Check handrails to make sure they are secure Wash the air conditioner condenser unit at each Spring and Fall visit
