Amazing 5/4/2015

My serviceman Josh was a little late, but he called ahead of time to warn us he was stuck in traffic. When he did arrive he was courteous, friendly, efficient, and went right to work. He finished the job quickly and then took the time to chat for a few minutes after. I would request him in the future. more

They were professional, courteous - wore protective slippers while in the house. My thermostat batteries had long expired and it is falling out of the wall. The service technician fixed it all up and advised me what kind of anchors to get to keep it firmly attached to the wall.\r He told me the unit is in good condition overall. more

Terrible Customer Service 9/16/2014

TERRIBLE! \r \r We had our A/C go out on Thursday, we called our home warranty company (American Home Shield) and they scheduled A&P to come look at our unit. A&P scheduled a time for us to meet them at our house: between Noon and 4pm the following Tuesday. \r \r The weekend was especially hot, over 100 degrees each day, and it was not fun without an air conditioner. \r \r Tuesday morning, I get a call at 8:30 stating that A&P would be at my house in 30 minutes!!?! I had to go to great lengths to move my schedule around & be home between Noon and 4pm, now they are showing up at 9am?!? I told them I would be unable to meet them until noon, as we agreed.\r \r They told me they are having some scheduling issues (because an employee was injured) and they would not be able to be there between noon and 4pm. They offered to reschedule for NEXT THURSDAY. I told them that is unacceptable, but they are unwilling to come today. I explained that, when we have an employee out, I have to work overtime to ma more

I received great service from A & P Heating and Cooling. They came out within one day of my problem. Kimberly called several times to keep me aware of when the service person would arrive so that I could leave work without too much waiting time. My service person was friendly, on time, and fixed what needed done the next day. Very happy with this company! more

Horrible Customer Service 6/11/2014

I will never deal with A & P Heating & Cooling again! They have the rudest dispatcher and they do not care about people and do not understand what it feels like to have a broken A/C, small children, and it be 111 degrees outside. A technician came out once and the problem wasn't fixed and no showed the second time. When I called to ask what happened the dispatcher I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor and I was SOL. She didn't care that my poor kids had been enduring this heat for almost a week and she could care less that my son had respiratory problems exacerbated by the heat. I advise people to stay away and go with someone else. These people don't care. They took my money and my A/C is still broken. They treated me like garbage and I'm sure no one is giving my situation a second thought. These people are disgusting. more
