This salon has changed so much in the past 6 years! The desk is friendly and helpful, appointments run on time, and the salon is clean and organized. I love the warm atmosphere! I have traveled around the United States and parts of Europe and I always receive spa treatments whenever available. I consider myself knowledgeable about treatments, quality of service, and customer service. I use A New Image exclusively as my hometown spa. I have received treatments ranging from tanning, facials, massage, hair and nails. The owner Kim Wright will be the only nail tech that will ever be allowed to do my nails. I am always asked who does my nails several times a week! After each treatment I have received there--even tanning--Kim, or one of her employees ALWAYS asks me if I was satisfied. They go out of their way to accomodate me when life's bumps require me to change my appointments. Kim has even stayed late to take care of my needs. The personal touch this spa gives to their clients simply cannot be beaten. I will always be a loyal client and know if I recommend a friend that they will not be disappointed. more

I had a very enjoyable expierance in this spa, I recieved a fabulous new hair style by Amanda, they had great deals on their tanning I actually bought a pkg. for my daughter. The salon seemed to flow very well, the whole team who worked together which made a very pleasant atmosphere. I receievd a full set of acrylics from the owner who was very talented, knowledgeable and very creative, she was very professional and sanitary I am so pleased to have found her I will be returning on a regular basis. The recepionist Victoria was very polite, professional and helpful in scheduling my next apt. for my hair and nails. Can't wait to try other services. Lots to choose from. The owner is an excellent nail tech, specializes in gels, very creative. My experience is constant interruptions while having my nails done, always kept waiting for periods of time. Either before or during either late, taking phone calls, or leaving to deal with the business. Spa could be cleaner, very cluttered. Nicely decorated. Pedicures are wonderful. Polly is highly skilled, pleasant, punctual tech. Stylists are very skilled/award winning. Stacy, highly skilled with color, geni with blow dryer, listens to what client wants. Creative. Desk staff needs to be more receptive, difficult to change appts, or make an appt that is not standing. As a rule reception is not helpful- long wait to have call returned if it is.
