Worst

Warranty doesn't mean much. Charged me for rollers that were supposed to be ""lifetime guaranty"". So much for that. Pros: Knowledgeable Cons: Haven't seen one yet

I have to be truthful and say that before I worked with A New Image, I heard good things about them, but I thought everyone was just exaggerating. I called them up to have my garage replaced, because it was already severly damaged. They came in and were really wonderful. They provided the cheapest prices for the best quality garage door. Thanks again A New Image Garage Door Repair, you guys are really amazing and the rumors are true. more

Highly Recommend For Garage Door Repair or Replacement 4/20/2011

Quality garage door repair company. I had them replace the garage door springs on my door, they did a great job and their prices were very competitive (I called around). I recommend them if you need your garage door repaired or replaced. more

I had a great experience! I purchased a carriage house door, visited there showroom, picked out my door and I'm very happy! I got 4 estimates and they were the cheapest for the carriage house door. I highly recommend them with 5 stars :) more

Way Overpriced 11/30/2010

I called this company and had a guy out to quote me a door. Called them because they had like 20 offices in the area. Figured big company would have good prices. He told me he was quoting his cost and he's only making the $35 service charge on this deal. Was very pushy to close right then but something told me to wait (mainly my pocketbook). The next day I wanted to see the doors they were going to install, he called it a carriage house, and the tech said he had a show room so I looked up one of their addresses and went there. Was just a house. Went to two others and knocked on the doors, they said they never heard of the company. I called someone else only to find out I was quoted about $400 too high. Glad I didn't have the money that night. more

Garage Door Repair was Great! 10/11/2010

My garage door spring popped at midnight as I was putting the garage door down. I called A New Image Garage Door Repair and the service guy was at my house with in 30 min. He did a great job on the garage door repair and was fair on pricing. I will use them in the future if I ever need garage door repair service again. more

Very Professional Garage Door Repair Company! 5/5/2010

I had a very good experience with A New Image Garage Door Repair. I called several garage door repair companies to come out and estimate fixing my broken coil. After getting all my estimates I called A New Image back and had them come do the repair. They were not pushy like some of the other companies and they had the best price and best warranties. Best Garage Door Service in Dallas 4/15/2010

I have been using A New Image Garage Door Company for the past 10 years. I own a property management company and I have NEVER had a problem from them. They are always priced right, warranty thier work, on time to appointments and do an excellent job when they are out!! I highly recommend them... Excellent Customer Service!! 3/22/2010

I had a great experience, from the initial phone call to the completed repair! I did call several other companies, had them out for estimates and A New Image was they cheapest, most knowledgeable and punctual. I did not feel the same pressure I had with the other companies trying to sell me everything under the kitchen sink! I will use them in the future an drecommend them to everyone, I'm sold! Beware of this company 6/29/2009

I bought a garage door from this company last year around the November.I had to call them for invoice many times and they never send it. The garage door broke down last week,They promise 1 year warranty. Instead they charge me $400 to repair it. They explain that the rollers were not lubricated and that is the reason why it broke down. I am very disappointed and won't deal with this company again. Pros: Worst company around Cons: Beware of this company more
