A New Day Child Development Center 8/15/2013

Highly recommend this wonderful daycare - A New Day CDC is a wonderful place for our son (4). Initially, we shopped around for day care and couldn’t be happier with our choice. It’s been a great year and a half! A New Day is an inviting, stimulating, safe, and fun place that he loves to go to. \r As working parents we worried about finding a place where he would feel at home and still get all the stimulation he needs. He is engaged and excited, and comes home sharing new stories, songs, words, concepts and things he has learned. Apart from this, they also learn good manners, sharing and caring. \r He loves all the ladies who work there and I always get the feeling that they would do everything in their power to make sure he’s ok. Mrs. Irma and her team are experts, have a great place and they are exceptionally capable, loving and nurturing. I think he has a little crush on Mrs. Kit! \r He loves it at New Day – our experience has been very positive and I recommend it to everyone I meet who are looking for a place for their kid.\r more

Wonderful Preschool! 11/2/2011

Love It! Our 3 1/2 yr old has been at ""Ms. Irma's"" for two years now and we really love it! She is engaged on a daily basis and comes home singing new songs as well as sharing other things she has learned all of the time. Our favorite is when she recites the pledge of allegiance for us! It is priceless! This is a wonderful preschool. Feels like family! more

A Great Place for our Kids 10/27/2011

A New Day CDC is a wonderful place for our kids. (3 and 2) Ms.Irma, Ms.Gail and Ms Kit are all so loving to our children. Our son can't wait to get there to see his teacher every day. The atmosphere is very homey, organized, clean and conducive to a wonderful learning and growing environment. We love all of the activities that they do, including field trips, arts, crafts, celebrations etc. We have visited a ton of other places in the Austin area, and A New Day CDC is by far the best we found. Our 23 month old has really improved in her talking, playing and sharing since she's been there, and our 3 year old enjoys his friends and learning. As working parents, it is hard to entrust a capable, loving, nurturing environment for your kids at a young age. It is so important to find a safe place for them while away from home. Ms Irma treats our kids like her own. She is an expert a what she does and all of us truly love her for the care she gives and the job she does on a daily basis. more

Caring place for young children 10/26/2011

Ms Irma and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable about young children. The facility is super clean and organized. The staff shows respect and boundaries that create a peaceful and thoughtful environment. Highly recommended! more

A New Day Child Development Ctr is wonderful! 4/19/2011

We have been so happy with our 2 year old son's development since he has begun at a New Day. We started our son at a New Day when he was 18 months as we wanted a place where he would continue to receive lots of love, care and nurturing while learning and developing new skills like language, art and music. A New Day offers this balance to children as they get a good mix of structure, activities, play, music, language, the outdoors and TLC all in one day! Ms. Irma is a very creative teacher and always keeps it new and interesting for the kids; our son comes home with a new project every day! What has amazed us is how our son's language has expanded each week too! We feel our son is in a safe, caring and fun enironment where he has the opportunity to learn, grow and make new friends. We are so grateful Ms. Irma moved to Spicewood and is part of our community as she makes such a difference in so many children's lives. My husband and I highly recommend A New Day! more

Excellent Child Day Care Center 4/17/2011

AWESOME!! Ms. Irma we love her! Benjamin my Grandson, who I'm raising, is 3 yrs old, and a very strong willed child. We've been with A New Day since November 2009. In fact A New Day has been an answer to my prayers for Ben. He counts, sings his A B C's, Days of the Week, Months of the Year, Pledge of Allegiance, The Lords Prayer, songs, crafts and much more. He even knows some Spanish words now. And this from a child who doesn't sit still 2 minutes at a time. He runs, plays, and has all his little friends. He loves to go each day! He even goes to the door by himself said ""Bye Nana, see you later"". Ben had a rough start but Ms. Irma is loving him through it! I highly recommend A New Day! YNC R. Caldwell, USN(Ret) more
