"The philosophy and practice of A Natural Way Family Health Clinic incorporates natural and lifestyle principles first in addressing health deficits. Eight health principles undergird all treatments used. Principles are: (1) Proper Nutrition - Primarily a plant-based diet, (2) Exercise as is tolerated at least 150 minutes per week, (3) Water as the beverage of choice and keeping adequately hydrated, (4) Getting adequate sunlight when possible , 5) Not overdoing that which is good and totally abstaining from that which is known to be harmful, (6) Taking in sufficient air in one's lungs, (7) Getting adequate Rest, and (8)Last, use of methods to reduce negative stress in one's life. Traditional care (pharmaceuticals) is used when necessary."
