A Music Plus

I wouldn't give A Music Plus a name as the worst company ever for your wedding only because I've had one wedding. Was it the best dj or music played? No. Was it our choice of music? No. I was recommended to A Music Plus by a very popular company who helps with planning for events. I took their word for it and decided to not look at my options and go with the company. They were decent to work with up until our wedding day. On the wedding day the dj that we had requested was not who was at the wedding. We did print out the music list that was emailed to us from A Music Plus and had given it to the dj. The only songs that were played were the songs that were chose for the events that would go on throughout the night, such as first dance, father daughter dance, cake cutting, ect. Other than that it wasn't music that we had chosen nor that we would ever chose to play at the wedding. It wasn't the worst of music but we did get quite a bit of complaints from our guests during and after the wedding about the dj and the music he was playing. We had asked the dj on several occasions to change the music and our request was never taken. We then paid our dj with our credit card of a certain dollar amount and after we got back from our honeymoon there was an additional fee that was on our statement that we hadn't signed for. We attempted to contact the company with our complaints and our concern of the additional charge and like any disgruntled company we were given a response that the customer isn't right and they are not to blame nor would they hear us out. That was our finish line with the company. Word of mouth spreads much faster than any advertising and if you need a dj for any event I would highly recommend you look at your options before choosing. That goes for anywhere. This was partially our fault for not looking at options but when you are referred by a company who has used the company in the past you can't help but want to trust. All in all it was a lessoned learned and we wouldn't recommend or use A Music Plus in the future. more

A Music Plus seemed like a great option after reading other reviews and looking at their website, unfortunately they didn't seem to care about the end result for my once-in-a-lifetime moment. To them, it was just another day at work and I did have a problem that needed resolving, but the owner never called me back and after months, he finally sent the rudest email I've ever received from a representative of any company. Out of all the vendors I hired, if I could have traded any of them out, I DEFINITELY would've chosen anyone besides A Music Plus for my wedding. I put months (not to mention thousands of dollars) and I was extremely disappointed with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever. more

Went to a wedding reception and saw the best DJ ever at a wedding, very cust service oriented! Great Music sets! Everyone danced the whole time. Pros: Great Music, Good Mixing, Cust Service more
