A Lady's Doctor

All the other reviews have already highlighted the negative points of this office, I just felt the need to share my experience as it went one step further than just poor service. I had a miscarriage, the ER faxed all of my paperwork over to the doctors office. My appointment was supposed to be for my first ultrasound and the female doctor walked in the room and shouted, ""Congratulations!"" I told her what had happened and she opened up my chart with that ""oh crap"" look on her face and told me to that it wasn't in my chart, even though I could see all of the paperwork from Sharp right there on the front of the packet. This was really inexcusable. I hope people read these reviews and take heed because an ob/gyn should be a caring and comfortable environment, and frankly this doctor's office is the exact opposite. PS: I would give this no stars if that were an option. ""Eh"" is way too nice. more

the doctors and the p.a. are very good. however, whoever is managing this office is doing a horrible job of it and is ultimately giving this doctor a bad name. we go by that old adagio, a company can only be as good as its weakest staff member, and this company has too many weakness and and very little strengths to commend it. Dr. Sefa, please hire a professional to get the job done! Staff desperately needs proper training on how to manage office flow! more

i waited 6 hours one time...if your smart you will get an appointment as soon as they open!!! Pros: good doctor Cons: takes forever to be seen more

Let's just say I can not believe the experience I had at this office first and formost I really can't believe how many people would be scheduled for the same appointment making you waite for over an hour if not more. Second I am pregnant and was having really bad allergies and this Doctor prescribed seudaphed for me mind you he is a OBGYN so he should know the side affects of that it causes increased heart beat which for a baby is really bad also causes deteriation of the bones which babys need to be healthy after that I wanted to change Doctor's and when I went to get my records they refused to give them to me they told me that only the new Doctor could ask for them and according to the Hipaa Law you have the right to have access to your recods at all times so I had to call back again and remind them of the law then they tried quoting me 25 dollars then to give me a hard time they changed the amount to 35 dollars and I had to fight with them about that and believe me I am not rich so all around I would not recomend these people to any one. Cons: all around bad experience more

These people had the scariest looking building, the doctors were rude, the nurses were rude, the staff was rude. They are also very expensive and find inventive fees to tack on to your visit. This place is a complete waste of time and money - they took forever to get me my records - and I had to call them 4 times to request the forms . . . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! more

Like the review before me, the wait is long. When i went to my first visit, i had an appointment of course and waited about 2 hours. I called a few times to make an appointment not too long ago. It was only 4 o'clock and they had their answering machine on saying to call during buisness hours. They close at 5. That happend more than once. Then i finally went to take a pregnancy test which came out positive. I was 11 weeks and 6 days and they told me to find a new doctor. They overbook themsevles with more patients than they can handle. Bottom line, don't go here. more

This is one of the worst OB/GYN I have ever been too. Even if you have an appointment, it take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Sorry to say this isn't a one time occurence. I went about five different times and had the same thing happen to me. It seems that they are more interested in getting as many people in and out....instead of service. In all of those times....I never saw the doctor (except on pictures) and the NP is all over the place! Don't waste your time with this place. Go somewhere else! more
