Excellent customer service I was referred to this company by a friend who was very pleased with the results. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady. She explained everything very detailed.I did not have to pay any money out of pocket because they referred FPL to come to my house and to an energy survey. FPL gave me an incentive to have the work done. After I spoke to A Kool Saver, I called other places to get more estimates for my attic insulation and they were by far the most inexpensive and helpful. . I highly recommend A Kool Saver more

We met these folks at the Miami home show and they came out and gave us an estimate for R19 to cover 2820 sq ft. If you use the manufacturers information on the bag, to get a R19 value per 1000 sq.ft requires 19.2 bags. If you do the math this would require 54 bags to cover 2820 sq.ft at R19. When they came to do the job they only used 15 bags!! The so called “energy conservation contractor” who gave us the estimate argued that there are obstructions in the attic. The 15 bags only covers 790 sq.ft to give a R19 value so how can 2030 sq.ft be obstructed? The quote was given to us after he came to our house and made all the necessary calculations. These people clearly are out to take advantage of people, please avoid if at all possible. \r \r more
