My daughter has been seeing Dr. Chaplin since she was 3 mo old . We love here, and as a parent wouldnt think of my daughter seeing anyone else outside of this facility. I am please with the doctors but not happy with the front desk at all.I wish Dr. Chaplin could find some friendly passionate front desk workers who enjoys helping people.Sometimes the front desk will send you away even in an emergency situation if this happens to you please call and leave a message for the doctor to call you back and tell her and dont tell the front desk why you need to speak with the doctor, dont allow them to dictate what you can and can not do.As you can see I had a unhappy visit today with the front desk, Dr.Chaplin was out of town and I was told there is 2 hour wait Thank god my child wasnt dieing.I totally understand when there is only one doctor,I would never send a patient away on purpose because we are so busy, this is how salaries are being paid by money coming in the office.Dont like that front office staff at all. After seeing the doctors I feel better about the office, but hate walking in the door because here comes the unprofessionalism.I know it is very hard to find good help and this would be a perfect 5 office if the front desk was better.I am writing Dr. Chaplin a letter a letter about my 5 minute experience today at the office that left me tears because I could not be helped and my child was not seen either,things like this will make you find another office due to situations like this.
