AJ Michaels has horrible customer service. Our business was having trouble with air conditioning. They were scheduled to come out a week after the call. However, they did not arrive at the scheduled window. When I called to ask about the status of their arrival, they informed me that the request had been canceled by "the customer." Since I was the customer, and the only one who knew which company had been contacted for the repairs, I was perplexed. They insisted that someone had called to cancel the repair call. They finally "comprised" and said they could send someone out in another week and charge $99 instead of $149. I told them, forget it, I was calling a more reliable company. Don't even bother with AJ Michaels in Baltimore.
