A Is For Adoption

I would not recommend A Is 4 Adoption to anyone. They lied to us from the moment we walked in the door. They always matched us with birth moms that were not screened and that were drugs addicts. Laurie told us that she got a ton of birth moms and drugs were not that common. She matched us with a birth mom that she did not take care of and she took off on us two weeks before the baby was born because Laurie does not take good care of her birth moms. We were never given back out match fee and we never got matched again. We are out over $ 40,000.00 due to Laurie and her lack of screening. She said if there was a failed adoption that we would get put at the top of the list and matched quickly. Never happened. They will take your money and give you a bunch of broken promises. This is my opinion if A Is 4 Adoption. If I were you I would take your money and run before they do. Please feel free to message me if you like. more

Had to place my baby for adoption - it was the hardest thing I have ever done, but it was necessary. The ladies at A is 4 Adoption helped me by being there for me, giving me friendship, taking me to the doctor, making sure I had food, etc. and even being at the hospital so I would not be alone. when my baby was born. My daughter had such a wonderful and helpful experience working with A is 4 Adoption. They not only explained how adoption works to my daughter and the father of her baby, but they took time to be sure that as her mother I understood too. A is 4 Adoption paid my daughters bills, made sure she had food money, bought maternity clothes, helped with doctor appointments, found great parents for the baby and much more. While we were aware that they offer all the services needed for both the birth parents and the adoptive families. We were not prepared for the level of personal service we received at A Is 4 Adoption. The staff was easy to work with and informed us of what to expect at every step. We were impressed with how the birth mothers were treated with such diginity and respect. There was not any pressure on us or the various birth mothers that we met during the process. We had a nice relationship with the birth parents before the birth of our sweet baby girl. We all had agreed on the level of contact after the birth and everything has gone very smoothly. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else. more
