Just want to say, I couldn't be more pleased with the work Hayes Heating did for me. They were very neat & clean and polite. I noticed a bad review and wanted to put my 2 cents worth in. People take the time to say rude, hateful things but don't take the time when they have something pleasant to say. Hayes Heating installed a new tankless water heater for me and they left everything spotless. I felt very comfortable with them in my home because the men were so well mannered. Just wanted to say thank you. more

My wife and I purchased a Coleman furnace from them that they installed at a cost of over $5000. Over the next 13 months the furnace quit running no less than six times! And 4 of those failures came in the first four months of ownership. My wife and I foolishly kept giving them chances to make it work properly and/or replace it. They couldn't and/or wouldn't. We had to hire another, much more competent/fair dealing, company to remove Hayes' mistake and install a furnace that worked. Incompetent service staff and and inattentive customer service are the hallmarks of Hayes Heating and Cooling. There are MANY much better companies to hire that are cheaper. Stay away from this company. Pros: None that I can think of. Cons: Incompetent service. Unresponsive customer service. more

The price was the best quote I got but I did not get poor work. The repairs look very good and the man that came out was very sweet to me. I will never call another company but Hayes Heating Pros: The price was perfect and the workers were very sweet Cons: none more

We're remodelling (rebuilding) our house and, on the recommendation of our architect, contracted Hayes to do the heating system. It's been a horrible experience. Their installers made so many mistakes, and when we insisted that they fix them, they presented us with a bill for "change orders". We tried repeatedly to get the owner/mgr/whatever to come to the site and see what was the problems were, but they refused. We ended up terminating our contract with them and hiring another company to do repairs (including breaking into newly dry-walled walls to find gas leaks!) and finish the installation. Hayes has since placed a lien on our house to cover what they say are the outstanding change charges. We're going to be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office. At this point, I'd rather pay attorneys than give in to their extortion. Pros: Reasonable estimates (low ball) Cons: Incompetent installers, false change charges, unscrupulouse business practices more
