DO NOT USE! 4/4/2012

DO NOT USE AH REIFF!!!! I ordered mushroom soil. I was at work when it was delivered. When I got home I thought it looked like mulch. I called and the girl said she would check with the driver and call back. She didn't call back so I called again and asked to speak to the nice gentleman that may husband had talked to before we placed our order. The man yelled at me and treated me like I was stupid and was ridiculous for calling. He asked if my husband was home and when I told him my husband wasn't home yet he yelled at me again, saying I shouldn't be calling until I talked to my husband!! I AM SO OFFENDED AND MAD THAT I GAVE THESE PEOPLE MY BUSINESS!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. more

Black Mulch 6/9/2011

We ordered 8 yards of black mulch that faded with in 2 days. When we called to see what they could do we were told that they have a ""disclaimer"" about rain. Of course, rain isn't even an issue as it has not rained in over a week. Even after taking a hand full of the mulch in for them to see....we had to BUY more mulch and reinstall...if you are looking for someone to stand behind their product go elsewhere... more

Avoid at all costs! 5/20/2011

I purchased a truckload of tanbark for almost $700.00; when I got home from work and saw what was delivered I called to ask if there was some kind of a mistake. The pile was not bigger than what we had gotten on our last pickup truck load. more

Best place for Landscape stuff 7/7/2009

I needed mulch & stone etc. They had an awesome selection and good prices. The girls were very helpful with figuring out how much I needed. Delivery was next day and the driver put it right where I wanted it - I didn't even need to be there when it was delivered which was handy because I run a very busy schedule. Cons: it's so easy to buy more stuff than you planned to more

Bad attitude 6/7/2009

We ordered a morning mulch delivery. Calls from 9:30am to 1:30 pm elicited no help only grumbling as to why it was not delivered. Delivery cancelled at 2:00 pm. The receptionist said I swore at her, which was not true. I got loud, but I did not swear. The owner was no help, saying that his girls answer the phone according to the Bible. What does this have to do with their tssking and sighing attitudes? We had taken a vacation day just for this. Cons: Attitude more
