I started ordering from A Good Wood in 2004. The price for a face cord of wood was $172 (apple, cherry, oak mix). The following year it went up to $198. This does not include a hefty $32 delivery fee that had to be paid in cash to take care of the delivery guy under the table. When I Iast called in the fall of 2006, I was quoted $235 for the same face cord. When I stated that I was ordering in August (off season) and had previously ordered it for much less in previous years, the guy on the other end of the phone started cursing at me and eventually hung up! So, I thought I'd let you all know what you're in for if you ask any questions before handing over your money.
Cons: really rude people there, short you a bit on a face cord
