Guadalajara is the taco truck in the 76 gas station on 148th across from Sears in Overlake. I have sampled most of the taco trucks in the area and think this one is the best. Their tacos are served with a little chopped onion and cilantro on two warm hand made tortillas. The torta Guadalajara is one of the best sandwiched anywhere. Your choice of asada, pollo, or al pastor, ham, cheese mayo, a little jalapeno, on a grilled french roll. Its the kind sandwich you need a couple of napkins for!
