I've never used this company so can't comment on the quality of their service, but I can comment on their Customer Service. Today I called on behalf of a client who was looking to secure limo services for an event Christmas Eve. After a harmless attempt to negotiate rates I was told by the manager (Paul) ""ma'am...we determine our rates, not the clients. You can either choose to pay the rate or go with the cheaper vendor. I really don't care"". He then hung up on me. In disbelief from what I'd just heard, I called back to speak with the manager (as I didn't know the person I was speaking with was the manager/agent) I was told before I could even finish my sentence, ""ma'am I've already told you our rates and I'm done talking to you. Please don't call back"". Needless to say, I will not be recommending this vendor to anyone. They may have the best vehicles in the area, but I don't appreciate being talked to this way when I'm simply exploring possibilities in a non-threatening way. If this is the way management treats potential clients, I don't expect the workers to be any better. Hard to justify paying that kind of money to be treated so rudely.
