A Flower Bucket Florist

Unprofessional!!! When my fiancé' and I first contacted them they were very helpful and gave us a good deal. BUT it ended at that. When I came from Ohio to meet with the owner in person to go over the last details of my wedding flowers I was pawned off on his assistant because he did not want to deal with me and he had his gym clothes on *shorts and a tank top). This meeting was set up about a week in advance so it was not like I just came in off of the street wanting info. I went through everything with his assistant and then we got down to the delivery/set up fees. He told me it was going to be an extra $200. After discussing this with my finance we decided to hire another florist. Today when he called and my fiancé told him that we will not be using his services the stated "Good". If I did not come in that day I would have had another stress on my wedding day that I did not need to worry about. Thanks to Bridal Warehouse on East Colonial I will have no worries for my big day! more

A friend recently used A Flower Bucket Florist for her wedding floral needs and I thought her flowers were some of the most beautiful I had ever seen at a wedding. I have used these folks for years. Gives me the "old time" feeling of being able to get whatever type of floral arrangement I need. I've even gone in there just to buy a bunch of daisies and they made them beautiful! They take the time to listen to your needs and work with you. It's the old-fashioned good customer service that will get me coming back to this florist. Now I could get them to carry daffodils year rounds, I'd have it made. more
