A Family Tree Service is prompt, and they do a thorough job. The pricing is pretty fair compared to other companies I have received estimates from. They do a great job cleaning up after the fact. I have used them three times, to prune trees and to cut down a dead tree. A Family Tree Service is pleasant to deal with on the phone, and they take time to understand what the customer's tree-trimming needs are. They do a good job working around your schedule. They will find a time that is best for you. more

A Family Tree Service did a good job. They cut down a gigantic oak tree. It was a big job, and took a day and a half. Everything worked out fine, and I would rate them excellent across the board. We really felt that they were ethical, moral, and lived up to the Christian values, which was important for us. They did not damage any property, or hit a single flower. They were extremely careful with everything they did, especially because there were cars in the driveway. A Family Tree Service did not rush, but took their time to get it done correctly without danger or damage to anything, vehicle, landscape or people. I was out there taking pictures, which I gave to them later, so I was probably in the way, but they didn't comment about it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more
