Excellent Service 8/28/2014

Rich Gordon provided excellent service for me and my ex. He met with us and thoroughly explained the process, handled the paperwork efficiently and professionally, and contacted us as needed via phone and email. He helped us as we completed the documents and took care of all the court filings and other requirements as promised, and on time so the process was done by the end of the year. His fees were fair. The work was done efficiently and as anticipated by both of us. more

Rich helped bring closure 8/20/2014

Rich helped bring closure to our divorce which took a year because my ex hired this divorce lawyer who turned out to be a scumbag [this attorney lost his license to practice for 6 months because he stole money from his client]. With the help of Rich and our tax accountant of 20 years, the divorce was finally over. It was a nightmare, but Rich was there for me. It was fair, given the laws of California, the land of fruits & nuts. If it had been back east, I would've retained 75%of my assets, instead of a meager 45%. My ex was asking for spousal support [he hadn’t worked in 14 yrs. when we got divorced] and child support. I don’t think Rich over promised. You may want to ask for a lump sum fee instead of hourly if you're concerned about costs. Remember, you get what you pay for. more

Rick Gordon was extremely helpful as he really facilitated my ex-husband and I sort through our separation, preventing some of the stress associated with this very bad situation. It also prevented us to spend a lot more money that we would have if we had taken two separates lawyers. Rick was fair and never showed any preferences, making us agree on reasonable decisions that were pertaining to our situation. The divorce papers were filed quickly. During this difficult period, Rich were sensitive and passionate as well, which helped me going through his difficult period. more

Divorce is a complicated 8/2/2014

Divorce is a complicated and highly charged emotional affair and he can lessen your burden and save you substantial money that you would have been forced to pay to attorneys in a adversarial relationship. Richard creates an environment or communication and cooperation in creating a just settlement, saving everyone a tremendous amount of money and reducing your stress to a high degree. I highly recommend you use Richard in your divorce settlement. He did a tremendous job for our family and I am grateful for everything he has done. more
