Total Rip Off!!! These guys were going to ""total"" my car forcing me to go through the terrible experience of looking for a new car. Luckily I talked my insurance company into towing my car to Dent Master. Dent Master saved the day. Their estimate came in almost $2,000 LESS than A F Collision. Thanks to all the other reviews for prompting me to get a different estimate. Go to Dent Master instead! more

THis place is so crooked . My car is a sorry excuse for a repaired car. Plus they were dishonest with my insurance company about what they were using on my car. I had been there once before with a friend of mine and there was a nice woman and now there is just a rude guy that ignores you when you walk in. I wish I had taken my car somewhere else. Don't go here if you want honest good work. I am only writing this to help prevent someone else from having the same experience. more

AF Collision used to be a very good repair shop. However, since the change in ownership I would not recommend using them. I have taken my car back three times and am still very unhappy with the repairs. After almost 9 weeks my car leaks everywhere, the paint is terrible, the back window was glued on top of the seal instead of inside the seal, my sunroof leaks and does not close correctly, the doors do not open and close correctly, the headliner is filthy with greasy hand prints and the back portion of the car is completely out of alignment with the front half of the car. On top of all the issues with the repairs the customer service has been horrible. Please do not use AF Collision. more

I went to this shop because they work with my insurance company, and then afterwards I read these reviews. I don't know what the deal is with the previous reviewers, whether the shop changed hands suddenly, or what, but they bear no resemblance to the service I received, which was stellar! They worked with me on a special pick-up arrangement, called the rental car company for me, came out to my car when I picked it up, after I mentioned a problem I had had for a long time, and fixed it in just a minute. I can't say enough about this shop.They gave me the feeling they just couldn't do enough to make sure I was satisfied. Do I know the quality of their work? I'm not a mechanic, and time will tell, but my insurance company recommends them and I have a feeling their customer service is a reflection of their overall quality--at least it usually is. And their work is guaranteed as long as I have the car. I feel as if I have made a ""mechanic friend"" for life! more

They promised me to use a brand new part from the manufacturer. However, they used a old reconditioned part instead!! I was charged for a new part price!! I was trying to argue with them, but they rudely let me leave, or they will call police! Oh my god, this is the first body shop I seen with SUCH DISHONEST service. You don't want to exprience what I had, and don't try AF collision!!! more

These guys are liars and robbers! They told me one price, and charged me another. If i did not pay, they refused to give the key to me. The big guy (called Allen) even intimidated me!! I was so scared and will NEVER ever come back to that shop again. I suggest you to be prepared for a big fight before you go to this place, or you will end up with paying much more than you were promised and estimated. What kind of people they are and I wonder it will go out of business soon. I'm considering to file a legal case for my horrible story. more

AF broke the sensor on my BMW when they where taking off my BMW bumper and they said they would fix it....well after a month of calling and Dan kept on saying they where waiting for the part...i realized i was getting the run around and now they say the sensor was broken when they took off the bumper. problem is now non of my sensors work and they did when i brought the car in. AF is NOT an honest shop and i would stay far away. more
