I was on my way to Galveston with a couple of friends on a very hot summer day when all of the sudden one of the wheels from my car came off.(I had just had my tires rotated at Wal-Mart.) So I was stuck on the side of the road and had to call somebody. A very good friend of mine recommended A and E and I'm so glad he did. The driver got there very quickly and although he looked a little rough, he turned out to be one of the most honest and caring individuals I have ever met in my entire life. His name was Earl (pronounced the way country folk say ""oil"".) He even walked down the highway quite a ways to get my tire which had rolled about a hundred yards away. I had a little time to spend with Earl because he gave us a ride to our house with my car. We talked about golf and fishing and come to find out ole Earl was quite the sportsman. I wish I could have bought him a cup of coffee and talked to him more but I had to figure out how to fix my wheel hub and get a new rim for my Lincoln continental.(never go to Walmart for car repairs, do business with someone respectable, like A and E Wrecker.) They are family owned and operated and they are very respected by many members of the community such as The Texas City Police Department. Just ask any law enforcement officer and they'll tell you A and E is Galveston County's Most Wanted and Referred Wrecker Service. I wish every service I pay for had an Earl.
