Kenmore Series 90 Gas Dryer 2/13/2010

The guys at A&E were very professional and walked us through troubleshooting our gas dryer problem. \r \r They were very helpful! \r \r Also, had the parts in stock for us to have a working dryer in a few hours instead of days waiting for service. more

Great Service 12/4/2009

My dryer broke and when the repair man came he was honest. He came back twice in the same day to fix my dryer with proper parts. The price was reasonable. Pros: I had prompt and fair service more

Great Service 11/2/2008

They stayed open on a holiday an extra 10 minutes an waited for me to pick up a part for my furnace. I needed the time to load three kids under 4yrs old. Always helpful! more

Hopefully, we shall always have A&E do our service calls 7/6/2006

The ETA was between 10 and 2, and John arrived at 12. Our refrigerator was freezing everything we put in it, and John came out for the service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and put a new seal around the door, then messed with the thermostat. While he was doing these chores we had a fine chat. For me, the personality of the service person is important as well as his work. John is a great guy, and he cares about his customers. He was here for almost 45 minutes and worked constantly while visiting. Tonight we had jello that didn't have to be chopped with a knife before serving it. Thank you, John, and thank you A&E! Great repair service 6/21/2006

A & E was at our house recently to fix our broken dryer. I was recommended this company by a friend who had had great service from them. She did not steer me wrong. The repairman was at our house the next day and fixed our dryer. I felt he was very honest. Be sure to ask about their warranty work, too. more

Quick company 4/28/2006

I recently had a problem with a built in oven that I have and needed a part. The oven is old so I called the manufacturer and they gave me the part number and price and I called A & E and got it for about have the price and was able to pick it right up instead of having to wait for it to be shipped. They also walked me through how to replace it. more

Professional Services 11/6/2005

I have used A & E in the past and have been very satisified. I think they do a great job. I have had a few different repair persons out here and everytime they have done a great job. They explained the problem so I could see what the problem actually was. When my dryer broke they showed me the belt and explained why it wouldn't work. The priece were reasonable as well. more

Friendly and Efficient Service 6/9/2005

A&E Appliance has been to our home for repairs on several occasions. They have repaired our dryer more than once and given us valuable advice a few times as well.
