we are trucking company and had to deliver truck load from West coast. Nobody informed in advance we needed an appointment. when truck arrived, was kept over 5 hours with no any attempt to unload. When we started to find out what's going on, we wasted 3 more hours to reach somebody live and get answers. We've got a lot of excuses from customer service, that they can't find anybody in receiving or in warehouse. So, long story short: instead of get empty in 2 hours by industry standard we lost whole business day, ruined next load schedule and destroyed relations with broker and customer. PEOLE, AVOID THIS SABOTAGE COMPANY!!! more

I used this company to ship 33 boxes to Maryland and only 23 boxes arrived and 10 boxes missing, I claimed the packages and this bad company declined the claim. Be aware of their trick: Whey they find out the recipient is not experienced, they will use 'stc 33' on the delivery confirmation paper and will not ask the recipient to confirm the quantities of the boxes, and they only ask the recipient to confirm to receive 1 Palet. Keep away from them and use other shipper or UPS fright instead. At least count the number of the boxes during delviery if you still use them. I am very angry with them. Bad customer service. They pretend to looking for the boxes in their warehouse for weeks and then told me the driver delivered all packages already. What a lie. more
