I called in the morning and was told that it would be a 90 dollar charge to come and assess the dryer, but if I decide to have the work done it would be taken off the bill. I was ...

Excellent service 4/23/2016

Called in the morning and technician arrived later that day. Quickly analyzed problem and said he would return next day first thing with part. Every thing fixed in good order at a fair price. Offered some good suggestions on caring for our other appliances. Very satisfied more

Ripped off should describe it. 2/22/2016

I called in the morning and was told that it would be a 90 dollar charge to come and assess the dryer, but if I decide to have the work done it would be taken off the bill. I was given a bill for 240 after tax for work that took 10 mins and no break down of what I payed for and yes the 90 dollars was not taken off the bill. I could have practically have bought a new dryer. My niece was the one at home while I was at work and felt she was taken advantage of, but did not feel comfortable disputing it with the service man and gave med the bill later after he left. I not recommend this company to anyone. more

Quality and service 5/27/2014

Based on the 10 yr warranty for the Crosley French Door refrigerator, purchased in Dec 2013. Big box stores could not deliver before Christmas...J&B had it delivered and installed the next day. Great customer service and support. Jennifer is the best. more

Correction to Review 3/11/2014

I had previously written a bad review regarding this company as a way of venting. My review was written prematurely. After a conversation with the store manager, the company apologized for the inconvenience and trouble we had with their service tech. They offered a refund and voucher for future service which was beyond expected. I apologize for jumping the gun. If we do experience any future appliance repair needs, we will contact J&B as result of their professionalism in handling the situation..which they handled better than I did! more

Awesome Experience 3/8/2014

After multiple unpleasant experiences with appliance purchases at the big box stores we finally decided to try J and B and we are very happy we did. Jennifer was great with getting what we wanted ordered efficiently. I was stunned when install happened as soon as the dishwasher was available...we didn't have to wait weeks to get on "the schedule". Delivery and installation went very well and Dan and Alex were great. We will be back for the next appliance we need to replace! more

Excellent experience 1/10/2014

I had an all around great experience with J & B Appliance Repair. I've used them a couple of times now and they've been able to come out promptly and diagnose the problem right away. They repaired the control panel on my dishwasher and something that was preventing my built-in wall oven from working. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They're priced quite well for the quality service that I got. I'm happy to say that I've found my go-to company for appliance repairs. more

J & B Appliance Repair is our to-go company for appliance repairs. They're always courteous, timely, and thorough. They show up and resolve the problem right away. They maintain our heater and air conditioner with great care. Dan and Susie are responsive, friendly, and professional. Their prices are very competitive and they give us a great deal. You can tell that they're focused on satisfying their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Perfect 12/26/2013

I had a built-in oven that was not heating and J & B Appliance were prompt to get out here. They were well spoken, professional, had a neat appearance, were professional, and polite. We had problems where they had to return several times to assess the problem. They even had to come out the night before Thanksgiving and didn't take payment until I was satisfied. I cannot speak highly enough of them. more
