I was told that my cars ball joint would needed replacement and when you "repaired" my car it is worse than it was and now I'm taking it somewhere else

Real experts 6/5/2016

My car broke down a few hundred feet away from this place, so I discovered it accidentally. Sam quickly identified the issue with the A&C compressor and they fixed it within the promised time. While there, I asked them to take care of another issue related to A&C, a body problem and a headlight problem. All fixes were done professionally with reasonable cost. Highly recommended! more

As always the staff was very helpful and completed their work in a timely manner. Sam is very good at explaining each and every repair that is done to the vehicle. Even if you are not mechanically inclined, you understand the need and nature of the repair that is being done to your vehicle after Sam's explanation. more

I would highly recommend A&D for auto service. My 2005 Jeep Liberty w/125K miles needed a valve job and Sam worked hard to ensure the job was done correctly. He also followed-up to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. He was fair, honest and professional-I'll definitely be using A&D for future auto repairs/service. more

Quick turnaround, used good parts on my truck, all went well. Final bill was a bit higher than original estimate, but they worked with me and we came to a fair deal for the work preformed. Great place, nice staff, will go back again. more

I greatly appreciate that A&D, specifically Sam, takes the time to explain not only what the problem is, but possible causes and the consequences associated with the work that needs to be done. Additionally, I like that A&D presents the possible ways to repair the problem and outlines the cost and benefits associated with each. more
