We contacted them to come out and pick up our riding lawnmower. When my husband first talked to the service person, he said he would see if he could fix it when he came out, if not then he would bring it in for service( $50.00 for the service call and/or pickup/delivery service.) We spent nearly 3 full days waiting for this person to show up or to at least call to say when or if he would arrive. We placed calls to them asking when this person would be out, and were told ""he couldn't make it out yesterday, and he doesn't come in today until 2pm"", then still later, ""he never showed."" On the 3rd day he was supposed to be in a 10 am, we again left a message for a return call which never came, and at that point we moved on to an alternate plan. This is a very poor way to conduct business with no courtesy to the prospective customer.
