RUDE RUDE RUDE 5/19/2009

The lady on the phone was not the least interested in my business. She told me no one would help me if i came in to look around, that i must a serious renter. If i go one day over rental, she would charge double (i needed the costume for a party in a far-off state). And i better show up an hour before closing because they would kick me out of the store precisely at closing time. Plus, rental prices sounded expensive. I've never rented a costume and simply wanted some information, but her responses made it absolutely clear that she had no interest in my business. Pros: I'll never know Cons: Rude, Rude, Rude more

I Love A Cut Above! 4/17/2009

Ramona is a wonderful lady who I have worked with for many years, although I don't think she even knows who I am since I have always been in costume! Every time I use one of her outfits in a production I am always certain that I will look good and, especially, be time period- which is very important for the theatre. She runs her business very well and is supportive of those who have less money to spend on their wardrobe.The only thing I would complain about is that I've had many of her costumes need repair. Whether that's her fault or the fact that many of her items are vintage is up for me. more

I have been taking my kids to A Cut Above Costumes for years. They give personal service and have an incredible inventory. My kids have always had the best costumes because of A Cut Above. I highly recommend them for any occassion - Halloween, Costume Ball, Masquerade Party. They are so attentive and helpful - you will be extremely satisfied. The prices are reasonable, too! Nice people, great haircut 11/21/2005

I got a really great haircut here, and the lady who cut my hair was very friendly and pleasant. She really listened to how I wanted my hair, and asked several times if it was looking like I wanted it to. After going to places like Supercuts, this was a wonderful change!
