They let me know about a credit available for my electric bill and answered all my questions. Their products are excellent, if only they knew how to install them. They owe me over $1000 for repair to my roof that I have yet to see, and that was 4 months ago. I should've known from the beginning that they were a bad idea when they rescheduled my initial appointment 3 times, and no-showed once. The owner is rude and cussed at me on the phone when i asked about getting my roof fixed. Now they won't return my calls at all. The guy that sold me on the job doesn't even work there anymore and the guy that was supposed to be the supervisor on my install date didn't even speak english. Their website is nice but very deceiving. The original "A Cooler House" was apparently purchased by these "yahoos" a couple of years ago, and have sullied an otherwise good name. BEWARE!!!!!
