The person writing the review above does not mention the facts that she graciously hugged and thanked the staff at this home and even went so far as to buy them presents for their wonderful care after her loved one's passing. It is a common belief that because she was unhappy with her own life and arguing with other family members and did not receive any monetary compensation upon the passing of her loved one's death that she then attacked this wonderful home very maliciously hoping to have some financial gain. Anyone wondering about the validity of this comment only needs to contact the home and they will be given over 45 testimonials as to the level of care provided. One other statement I would like to make is that having a license to operate does not guarantee a high level of care as evidenced by many individuals I have personally witnessed obtaining horrible bedsores after short hospital stays for simple rehabilitation. Beware they have to many residents for a unlicensed facility, accept residents that by state standards they are not to care for, and give medications they are not licensed to give. They shouldnt even be open. Anyone that has questions requarding this home should refer to the charges made by the attorney generals office. Check to see if the owner was charged with operating a nursing home without a license, check to see if indeed he was charged with negligence towards the elderly. There is nothing malicious about this it is fact. My life is happy the unhappiness only came from the suffering that my father recieved at this facitlity. This man knows nothing about me what so ever, and actually is retaliating against someone who contacted the attorney generals office due to poor care and breaking laws that are set up to protect the elderly. I have not recieved any monetary compensation from the complaint, just the satisfaction of him being charged and convicted of causing suffering.
