What a disappointment. This is the most disorganized group of people I have ever encountered. They have 0 communication skills with eachother or the public. The drive showed up at the airport on time, but then stated I needed to pay him. I explained that I paid over the phone with my credit card, but that was not what my paper work said. I called the office back and spoke with the same girl I spoke with day before who seemed extremely confused, but then "remembered" and said she would call the driver. Pros: null Cons: null more

A huge disappointment 1/5/2012

The Hotel Monteleone called A-Confidential to take me and my 2 year-old from the hotel to the airport. I spoke with the dispatcher at length to describe the car seat that she needed; however, they showed up with a booster seat (which I specifically said would not work). Unfortunately, I was forced to decide whether to risk the ride or risk being late for our flight home. Pros: null Cons: null more

Look no futher they have it all 1/25/2008

My son and daughter-in-law used this company for there wedding recently. The bride arrived in a breath taking Bently, the bridesmaids in new stretch limos and my son and groomsmen in a stretch Hummer; very classy. At the end of the reception she used a beautiful vintage Rolls Royce as there get away car. My sons in-laws even provided mini buses for the out of town guests and a very elegant and specious limo bus for the family to ride on. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. Our daughter just got engaged over Christmas, and I look forward to using this company. This is one stop shopping Pros: All new well kept equipment more

Best Limousine Service in the City 1/25/2008

I have rented many Limousines and Stretch SUV's from this company. I have been a loyal client of theirs for the past 10 years. I can only say wonderful things about them. They have always showed up on time and the chauffers have ALWAYS been courtious and well trained. The cars have allways been very clean and well maintained. I would never use another service. When I travel nationwide, I book through them and have never had a problem. Their affiliates are professional and courtious. I cannot say enough about this company. I highly recommend them!!!
