I'm really bad when it comes to computers. I also have a four years old one, that freezes from time to time. I like this place a lot. Once that my computer crashed, they were able to save a lot of valuable files. They also come to your house if you prefer, and the telephone tech service is really very good. And it's not pricey at all. more

Reliable and on the ball 9/5/2005

They have never failed to fix my problem, in my home, without having to take my computer away. I have also been able to get a tech on the phone, describe my problem, and figure out whether or not I needed them to come by. Very good people, and lots of them. They are never too busy to get to you. more
