We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your service call. We have researched your complaint and found the following: When we were dispatched to your house the problem stated was a frozen pipe. Once inspected by our plumber, he suggested the use of our pipe thawing machine. After quoting the price, we were given authorization to thaw the pipe in question. Unfortunately having a pipe filled with water, which then freezes and expands can be extremely detrimental to the pipe and internal components. Once the pipe had thawed our plumber checked the flow of water to the faucet, at that time he found that the damage had been potentially caused by the frozen water in the cartridge. So, as you can see, the damage was not caused by any negligence on our behalf; but rather was already damaged prior to our arrival.
