Sweet Patootie the clown isnt so sweet. The customer service was horrible. She was beyond rude to not just the adults but children as well. She had a nasty attitude the whole time...

Sweet Patootie the clown isnt so sweet. The customer service was horrible. She was beyond rude to not just the adults but children as well. She had a nasty attitude the whole time on the job. Unsatisfied with her work she didnt do much entertaining, and was doing everything in a rush. Not cool. more

Sweet Patootie the Clown 3/16/2013

I hired Sweet Patootie for my son's 1st birthday. I was disappointed with her. She was unprofessional. She calls me the day of the party, probably about 2-3 hours before the party to tell me she is bringing an assistant. She then goes on to tell me the balance that we owe her and to please tip the assistant generously because she doesn't make much. EXCUSE ME??? I said, "You didn't tell me there was an assistant." She proceeds to say, "I'm telling you now." If it wasn't because I already notified guests that we were having entertainment and had given her a deposit, I would have told her, NO THank you CLOWN. (Nicely said!!!) more
