Do not use these inspectors!! unknowledgeable and rude. Hired on the advice of my realator which was a huge mistake. Missed a HVAC issue that is costing us $6,000. Ceiling started leaking when A/C was turned on during moving. When called to get inspection fee back was rude and made a bunch of excuses for lack of knowledge. Don't get ripped off like us!!
