Will never use this company again. House wasn't cleaned (according to their move out service) and cleaning lady stole items from the house. Funny she said she was cleaning out the house but only took items that she wanted and left the rest of the items. Karen the owner is less than professional and a pain to deal with. more

THE WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER 3/8/2012

I SIGNED UP FOR A DEEP CLEAN AND GOT WORST THAN A HALF --- JOB! I HAD TO ASK THEM TO RE-CLEAN SEVERAL AREAS OF THE HOUSE. THEY ATTEMPTED TO CLEAN OUR CEILING FANS IT WAS LIKE WATCHING THE THREE MUSKETEERS!! ONE AREA THEY RE-CLEANED, BATHROOM, I WENT TO RE-CHECK IT AND NOTICED THAT THE SINK WASNT EVEN WET!!! I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED SO WHEN THEY LEFT I CALLED THE COMPANY TO HAVE SOMEONE COME BACK TO THE HOUSE TO WITNESS THE POOR JOB, SHE AGREED IT WAS A VERY POOR JOB. THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A DEEP CLEAN, THEY DIDNT EVEN PICK UP MY KITCHEN RUGS THEY SWEPT AND MOPPED AROUND THE RUGS, NEVER CLEANED THE STOVE HOOD, MY CLOSET NEVER GOT VACUUMED, I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT I THINK YOU GOT THE MESSAGE, THEY ARE THE WORST, BEWARE!!!! (I PRETTY MUCH HAD MY HOUSE CLEANED PRIOR TO THEM GETTNG THERE SO IT WAS A SIMPLE DEEP CLEAN JOB)I DID GET ANOTHER COMPANY IN TO RE-CLEAN SO IF YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY USE THE COMPANY CALLED A CLEAN SWEEP IN ROUND LAKE # IS 847-201-Y182, KAREN GEISER. THEY ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO CASH MY CHECK AND TAKE FULL PAYMENT EVEN AFTER THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE AND AGREED THAT THE JOB WAS MORE THAN UNSATISFACTORY!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Great job! 4/19/2011

The cleaning girls did a wonderful job cleaning our house, as always. But this time really stood out and I thought I would share. As we were having a birthday party on the weekend for our youngest, (turning the big 6), they really went all out, and with three kids things can really get turned upside down in a week. But they worked very hard and the house looked fantastic. Well, up until the party that is. lol. Great Job guys, thanks a million. Sorry for the mess your'e coming back too this thursday I'll leave a tip!! ;o) more

A Clean Sweep Did a Pathetic Job of Cleaning my House 1/20/2009

The cleaning lady did a horrible of cleaning my place. It seemed that she cared more about getting in and out quickly than doing a good job. I am not sure she even used the vacuum cleaner. Avoid this company. Pros: Cheap (probably why the quality was so bad) Cons: Not a thorough job more

A Clean Sweep did a horrible job of cleaning my place. I have had other cleaning services who take their time and do a good job. A Clean Sweep's person was all about getting in and getting out as quickly as possible. It didn't even look like she vacuumed the floors when she said she was done.
