SMALL COMPANY-GOOD/HONEST SERVICE-FAIR PRICING! 4/11/2005

Upon moving to Decatur--I bought a home in the area with a FIREPLACE. Being from Florida I was not familiar with the useage and/or maintenance. Thank God I found this Company. From the beginning to end--the service was professional and the technicians actually took the time to answer my questions and also made available to me information about fireplaces that I would have never thought to ask in my wildest dreams.   • Like most other chimney sweep companies we do cleaning and repairs, caps dampers and inspections and go to most places in the Atlanta area. But what we feel makes us different from some is that we will not tell a customer that they need work that they do not need. From chimney cleanings that you do not need to repair work they you do not need to caps and dampers that you do not need. Our inspections are honest evaluations and if we tell you that work needs done, it needs done. And we will do it at a reasonable price. If we cant do it we will try to tell you who can do it and how much they should be charging you to do it.
