They were very responsive, patient and willing to work with me very closely to get the job done. I can be picky at times, but they delivered exactly what I wanted anyway. I am already working on another project with them because I am so pleased. more

AC Cool installed a new system for me in my home and have been great. They really stand by their work. I had some problems and they took care of it without any issues. They took the time to answer all my question and address all my concerns. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends and family. more

Had AC Cool install new A/C in rental and new heater and A/C in our home and couldn't be more pleased. They were priced fairly and we were informed of all our options that were available to us. AC Cool was on time, very clean and neat, knowledgeable and kept us informed on all the procedures. The workmanship and installation is superior. We recommend AC to all that ask us about our purchase and satisfaction. These are the friendly guys to choose. more

BEST AC COMPANY 7/28/2012

I have had heater relocated, AC Heater work and something with ducts. All I know is my house so much cooler in summer and warm in winter. They are reliable and punctual. Very professional and clean up when they are finished. Nice fun group of workers. I would recommend to everyone and have used this company for years. more

Great Service, wonderful workmanship, and fine results 7/28/2012

A.C. Cool had really good service, and the quality of their work was excellent. They had promised to get heaters and hot water heaters for us and they did it under the time they said they would. They were clean, they were tidy, and it all works fine. I usually hate construction projects, but A.C. Cool can come back anytime.om back any time. more

Great price and perfect work 1/10/2012

They came in and replaced all my attic duct work (we found breaches in the asbestos tubing). They brought in a great abatement company as well. Their professionalism was perfect - they gave me all the facts and didn't push me to decide on anything. Their price beat 2 other estimates by a mile. They were fast, friendly and efficient... and walked me through everything they did, tested their work, etc. I'd use these guys for any HVAC work and recommend them strongly over anyone else - for all the most important reasons. more

A C Cool Inc is always right on time. They are easy to schedule with. Paul made a point to schedule an appointment a week later to check out our ducts, free of charge. A C Cool was very professional and did the work quickly. I got a kick out of watching them work because they worked really well together. They installed a new unit for me. They did have to come back a couple of times to get the unit working perfectly, but they did so without any hassle. They were honest very nice to work with. I highly recommend their services. more

A C Cool was really pleasant to work with. Andrew was on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate for replacing our heater, but then it turned out that he was able to fix it which saved us a lot of money. We had them out again to fix another issue and the crew arrived promptly, and they were very professional, courteous, efficient and clean. I've since referred them to many friends and neighbors. Here in Orange Park Acres, I handle the classifieds for our "etree" and have added their information to that. I've only heard good things back from people that have used their services. Fun, professional, cool. There when needed. 2/11/2011

A C Cool has really good service. Paul is a real businessman. He knows what he's talking about, knows his equipment, and comes out and sells you his product. He settles on a time, gets it done on time, and does whatever it takes to get it done by the deadline. He knows his business, and he's a good, fair guy. Paul has done several systems for me.
