This place is a godsend! I had tried so many places and was treated terribly. Most places don't even let you touch the dresses. Mary helped me and I felt like a queen, she didn't hesitate to get me in her dresses and was honest with me. Some of the other ""name brand"" places turned me away the first time, but when i made my appointment and went back, thinking that they just wanted to allow special time for me, I regretted it even more. Also, at the other places, i tried several, I felt like i was buying a car, the sales ladies were very pushy about buying their dresses. I wore a larger size, and this is the only store that i went to that had any selection at all. They are also a full service store, and Mary had tons of experience that was extremely useful. At this point I have only put my deposit down because I couldn't decide between two dresses. I would reccomend this place highly. more

I had a terrible experience here I had a dress on hold and about 1 month later became pregnant and knew that by the time I was married the dress would not fit. I had given the store $600 the dress was simply placed in a different room it was not altered in any way or special ordered. I asked only for $300 store credit. That would be giving them the other 300 just for the trouble of bringing the dress from the back of the store back to the front; they gave me no money back and said they would rather not work with difficult brides like me who change their minds. There is no reason to deal with that type of service and the high prices when there are other options in this area. Cons: bad service, high prices, Uncaring attitude toward customers more
