Good: The fact that they could make any arrangement out of a book of over 300 plus arrangements.. Bad: -They didn't deliver the 100$ flower arrangement -They didn't inform me in time -They were ridiculously hard to get in contact with -They expect that i would be OK with delivering flowers the day after valentines day even though i placed the order the day before.. Improvements: An out of business sign on the front door.. Other: Unacceptable service for such an important day. A florist makes the most amount of money on Valentines Day, you think they would want to make a name for themselves by not messing with people's orders on this particular day. Apparently no concern for their customers and the people they bought the flowers for.. more

My husband was a customer at Bloom'N Florist for the years that we were in Yuma. The florist was always ready to help him with idea suggestions. He always felt that he was getting good value for his money. As the recipient of the flowers, I can vouch for the beauty of the arrangements. I was always impressed with the thought that had been put into the occasion. more
