A Beautiful Day Bridal

Today I walked to the window and saw a breathtaking gown. I walked and was greeted by an extremely pleasant woman. She asked about my ""BIG DAY"" and guided me through my selection. She helped me with my selection and suggested I try the dress in the window. She adorned me from head to toe with an exquisite tiara and veil, a gorgeous gown, sparkling jewels. The salesperson was Susan and she had the sweetest spirit with a spectacular since of style. When she was done I looked as though I was ready for my big day and all I needed was my groom. I felt Beautiful and she made me feel so special and Susan was extremely knowledgeable and all I need to say is if you aren't dressed by Susan, you aren't ready for your day. She makes everyone ready to have a Beautiful Day!!!! more

I'm getting married in November and I had not had any luck finding a dress. I had tried on tons, but it seemed that I just couldn't find THE ONE. A friend told me about this bridal salon so I decided to give it a try. Upon walking in we were greeted by the nicest lady who listened to what I wanted and we were off to trying on dresses. The third dress I tried on gave me goose bumps and I could tell by the look on my mom's face that she agreed that this was the one. I placed the order that day!!!! The bridal consultant was so patient and she made my experience so exciting and relaxing. The price of the dress was great and the customer service was even greater. I definitely recommend stopping in...They also have so many bridesmaids dresses that compliment any bridal gown they have for reasonable prices. Now we can move on to my girls and my mom.... more

I have 5 beautiful ladies - this includes their mother!! It is Prom time for one of them. I have been to a number of stores - I lost count - with her mom. We chanced upon A Beautiful Day Bridal one afternoon. I found their offerings very tasteful. I found the two women (owners?) of this establishment to be quite friendly, patient and helpful. The dress chosen looked quite exquisite on the 17 year old - I was proud! And wanted her to be happy as she has worked hard in school. Here is the thing. They inflate the price as we went along. First they added $30 to rush the order even though it is March and the Prom is May 21st. Ok, I wanted to trust the owner. Then another fee added to double rush it. After all is said and done I asked the owner three times, quite clearly, 'is that it? there is nothing else, right?' And each time I received a yes. The dress came in way on time and the 17yr old went for a fitting and after was told there would be an additional $70 fee for the hem and to pull in the waist as the smallest they had was a size 2 and the 17yr old is a size 0. Of course I hit the roof! And don't tell the 17yr old, call me. The receipt is marked paid in full and the owner is telling me alterations are not included, I should know this. I paid for the dress, I want that little girl happy. But the other 3 girls will not set foot in that place! And I pass my $130 lesson -the extra fees - onto you. Ask those two ladies pointedly if you find yourself in their shop about all their fees stated or not!!! more

I'm not getting married but I was invited to a wedding and I really don't have any idea on what to wear. I just took my chances on visiting A Beautiful Day Bridal and They're really so great that they're willing to listen to what you want and what you need and they're more than willing to help you out and make you look at your best on those special occasions you'll attending with their products. more

I went to quite a few bridal stores (including David's Bridal) and it was disappointing since I kept on being told I needed to wear something extremely simple and short since I am petite (5'2). I didn't have a specific look for my wedding day, but I knew I wanted to look like the bride and not a guest or a bridesmaid. I did some research and really was pretty unsure if I would ever find a dress, but I looked up A Beautiful Day Bridal and decided to take a chance. I went and let me tell you I wish I would have saved myself all the headache and went there first! Lillian was extremely helpful and everyone is so sweet there and listened to what I was wanting...let me tell you thanks to them I have a gorgeous dress that makes me feel like a million bucks plus it has nice details and isn't overwhelming on a petite gal like myself. Wow, just wow. The dress was amazing and unique. It completely matched my style of the wedding and who I am as a person. The dress was an experience in and of itself. My mother and I found the venue and on a whim I decided to head to ABD Bridal Shop to look at the dresses. When I walked in and Lillian remembered me from previous experiences. When I tried describing to her what I wanted, she shot me down and immediately started pulling dresses that would work with my body type. Boy oh boy was she right. The first dress she pulled was the ONE. It was gorg and worked for my body. I'm short, small wasted but I have big hips. I never thought I would look good in a long gown, and everyone kept trying to put me in a pick-up skirt dress. I hated those things. I thought they looked like wedding cake. Any way, Gillian was so helpful. When I tried on the dress my mother started crying and she gasped. Every step of the process ABD Bridal was wonderful. They kept me updated, they are great people, and they truly are a bridal shop. You can purchase invites, corsages, bouts, jewelry, veils, shoes, etc in their store. They have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses and the quality is phenomenal! Everyone told me I was a beautiful bride, and I received so many compliments on the dress. I visited the shop just looking not ready to buy. I left the shop with my dress, shoes, jewelry, veil, bridesmaids dresses picked out, ideas for my wedding decorations, and recommendations of great photographers. The dresses were in excellent condition compared to others shops and stores. The service was wonderful! I called the owner several times before my actual wedding for suggestions and ideas. I emailed her pictures of my wedding and she enjoyed them. She was delighted to see my day was beautiful!! I enjoyed my experience at ABD Bridal!!! This store has a good selection of bridesmaid dresses, but they run about $30-70 more than you can get them for at other locations (the ones I ended up ordering were $55 less at another place). However, they do have a lot to look at - lots of wedding shoe styles can be ordered and dyed, a few jewelry sets. The dresses were comparable to the style and quality you would find at David's Bridal (some were nicer, some were not), with similar prices too. The advantage is you don't have to deal with the craziness and poor customer service you typically find at a David's Bridal. The employee we worked with was great. My sister and I found bridesmaids' dresses here. They have a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices. We'd visited a couple of other shops, and this store seemed to have a slightly different selection than most, so if you haven't liked anything in the other stores, try going here. I am getting married in August of this year and was referred to this boutique by my wedding planner. I'm glad I went by, they have excellent customer service. They were very attentive and they also have a great selection. They are also very knowledgeable on the designers they carry which is helpful if you are unsure what you are looking for. If you want that personal feel for your special day, I would recommend ABD. more

I recommend this bridal shop above any. From the second I walked in, I was greeted and trying on dresses within 10 minutes. I think her name was Lillian, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She knew what she was talking about. I had in mind what kind of a dress I wanted, but she went way beyond my expectations! She helped me think outside the box and picked out dresses that would flatter my figure. Wow, was she right! The second dress she picked out for me to try on was the one. She picked out everything and it exceeded my dreams. The price was half of what other bridal shops had quoted. It was so much better then the dresses that were over $1000. I can't explain in words how wonderful this shop is. When you think of wanting to be a princess for a day, go to this store. They will make your dreams come true!!!!
