Im not going to say much for legal reasons. I bought a vehicle there. A week later I started getting calls from the dealership saying that they could not sell my trade in for what they appraised it for and needed $500 more. Of course, thats their tough luck- they shouldnt have jumped the gun and over-appraised my trade in. The papers were signed, I even gave them a cash down payments (usually wouldnt do that). When I told them ""uhhh no"" and referred them to my lawyer, they went to the lowest level humanely possible and started pranking me. \r

I didnt get to disturbed by it, they seem to move around a lot indicating, to me at least, bad business decision making, and I always remember ""what goes around, comes around"".\r

The bright side is I bought a very nice vehicle from their lot, have had it over 2 years, and plan on keeping it as long as I can. My suggestion: Do a carfax (I did), get the VIN and go to the respective dealership and get a service history. A lot of these vehicles I suspect are auction buys.
Pros: Nice selection, very clean vehicles, Good prices
Cons: Less than honest negotiations, creepy salespeople, schmoozy in general.
