I've used this company at two different houses now, and I have nothing but great things to say about the service and the employees! I originally found them through Groupon, when we were having pest issues in my previous house. The pricing is extremely reasonable, the technicians are always punctual and the staff is very friendly, professional and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was a little skeptical at first about signing a service agreement, but I can unequivocably state that it is SO worth it, especially since we live in this humid climate that bugs love. There has not been a roach, spider or ant in sight for months, and it's nice to not have to worry about my young kids coming across some creepy crawlies...If any problems arise, A American is extremely willing and accommodating to resolve any issues. more
